Can i customise & make changes to existing packages?
Yes you can add additional items, swap items or remove them from your order. Email us with your specific changes to directfurnishingsltd@gmail.com and we will organise these changes and send you a quote.
Do you deliver nationwide?
How much is delivery?
Yes we can deliver nationwide within 3-5 working days however we are only able to assemble your items in the Midlands, South West & South East of England.
Delivery is free. We pride ourselves on amazing customer service & keeping our prices the most competitive on the market.
How quickly can you deliver?
We deliver within 3-5 working days however if you require emergency delivery in a shorter period feel free to email us and we will see what we can do to meet these needs.
Will everything fit in my property?
For each package you can check the specific dimensions by downloading the Inventory & Specification document which you can find here for Gold & here for Diamond packages.
How does installation & assembly work?
As long as a key holder is available to let us into the property we can send our dedicated assembly team members to assemble your items, remove all the packaging & even stage your property if requested.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with free returns if the item if faulty or damaged. If the quality is not of a standard that you require we will also offer the option for you to be refunded and items returned however you will have to pay for the return courier.
